A passionate interest in wine or employment in the wine industry makes this unique course invaluable.

You will learn about the different wine regions across Australia and its rich wine growing history with the  focus mainly on local products from New South Wales. You will share opportunities to sample these products and taste the wines.

Optional activities will include a trip to the Hunter Valley, Australia's oldest wine producing region just 2 hours from Sydney. Here you can choose to explore some of the 120 wineries ranging from boutique to major international brands.

For general interest and an overview of the Australian wine industry, including tasting events, choose the Quatorial Programme.

For a more specialist approach, choose Quatorial + 5 with 1-1 classes that concentrate on English for the wine industry.
